These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, content, or products provided by Rehab Code LLC (“Rehab Code,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website or purchasing from Rehab Code, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Use of This Website

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By accessing or purchasing from Rehab Code, you represent that you meet this requirement.

By using this site, you agree:

  • You are responsible for your actions and decisions

  • You will use this site lawfully

  • You will not copy, misuse, or interfere with the platform

2. Educational Scope

Rehab Code exists to teach how to think, not what to do.

All content, including courses, mentorship, and social media, is provided for educational purposes only.

This includes:

  • educational purposes only

  • teaches clinical reasoning and exercise concepts

  • not individualized instruction

  • not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

  • information may not apply to every person

  • outcomes are not guaranteed

It does not include individualized instruction, direction, or prescription.

We make no representations or warranties that any content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or applicable to every situation.

All content reflects general principles and evolving practices.

Any frameworks, concepts, or recommendations are expressions of opinion only and are not guarantees of outcome.

3. Online exercise programs

Certain Rehab Code products include guided exercise or rehabilitation programming intended for the general public. These programs are educational in nature and are not individualized medical care or supervised rehabilitation.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. If your symptoms worsen, you develop concerning symptoms, or believe you require medical care, discontinue participation and seek evaluation from an appropriate healthcare professional.

4. No Clinical Relationship

Using this website or participating in any Rehab Code offering does not create:

  • a provider-patient relationship

  • a clinician-client relationship

  • any form of supervised care

You are operating as an independent professional at all times.

5. Mentorship

Mentorship programs are structured educational environments designed to improve clinical reasoning and decision-making.

Within mentorship:

  • real cases may be discussed

  • programming may be reviewed

  • perspectives and reasoning may be shared

All discussion is educational in nature.

It is not individualized instruction, direction, or prescription.

You acknowledge:

  • You are not relying on Rehab Code to make decisions for you

  • You maintain full responsibility for how you apply any information

  • You use your own clinical judgment at all times

6. Program Structure

Mentorship programs:

  • run for a fixed duration (e.g., 6 weeks)

  • include scheduled live sessions

  • provide access to recordings

If you miss sessions:

  • you still have access to recordings

  • your purchase and commitment do not change

7. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Your payment is a binding commitment to the full program or product

  • You will provide accurate billing information

8. No Refunds

All sales are final.

This applies to:

  • mentorship

  • courses

  • payment plans

You are purchasing access to the material and environment, not a specific outcome. No exceptions will be made.

9. Payment Plans (Courses Only)

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are committing to the full cost of the course

  • Payments must be completed regardless of usage

If payments are not completed:

  • Access may be removed

  • Certificates will not be issued

  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections

10. Intellectual Property

Everything inside Rehab Code is built intentionally.

That includes:

  • videos

  • writing

  • graphics

  • exercise demonstrations

  • frameworks

  • systems

  • downloads

You may use it to improve your own practice.

You may not:

  • share, distribute, or resell it

  • present it as your own

  • use it commercially without permission

Recording

You may record mentorship sessions for personal use only.

If you reference or share ideas publicly:

  • Rehab Code must be credited

Content may not be:

  • reposted

  • distributed

  • repackaged

11. Social Media

Content shared through:

  • Instagram

  • email

  • website

  • or any public platform

is general education.

If you:

  • receive a reply

  • see a post

  • interpret something as relevant to your situation

that does not make it advice.

There is no professional relationship formed through social media.

12. Assumption of Risk

Rehab, training, and performance come with risk.

You accept:

  • you are responsible for how you apply information

  • you are responsible for your outcomes

Participation in exercise, rehabilitation, or physical activity involves inherent risks, including muscle soreness, joint discomfort, aggravation of existing symptoms, falls, sprains, strains, and other exercise-related injuries. By participating in any Rehab Code program, you voluntarily assume these risks and accept responsibility for exercising within your own abilities.

Rehab Code is not responsible for:

  • injury

  • clinical outcomes

  • performance results

Any reliance on information provided by Rehab Code is done at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehab Code LLC is not liable for:

  • damages of any kind

  • loss of income or business

  • outcomes resulting from use of our content

  • including participation in exercise programs

You use this platform at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rehab Code LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

your use of our content or services

your application of any information provided

your violation of these Terms

15. Conduct

You agree to:

  • maintain a professional and respectful environment

  • not share content

  • not misuse what is taught

We reserve the right to remove anyone at our discretion.

16. Removal

We can remove access at any time.

This includes:

  • misuse of content

  • behavior that disrupts the environment

  • ethical concerns

If removed:

  • access is terminated

  • no refund is provided

17. Third-Party Platforms

We use:

  • Teachable

  • ActiveCampaign

  • Stripe

We are not responsible for:

  • platform outages

  • technical issues

  • third-party systems

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rehab Code and supersede all prior communications, whether written, verbal, or electronic.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use means you accept those changes.
