You set the agenda.
We do the work.
1:1 MENTORSHIP
Not a curriculum. Not a cohort.
Direct access to the person who has been there and is willing to be honest about all of it.
WHAT THIS IS
M2M runs on a curriculum. There's structure, a cohort, a progression. That format works and it's the right place to start.
1:1 is different. There is no agenda coming into the session. You bring the case, the question, the concept you can't crack. We build the session around that.
That's the only version of mentorship that actually moves you forward.
M2M gives you a framework. This gives you a conversation.
WHAT CHANGES
— You choose the topic: clinical, career, or both
— Sessions go where the conversation needs to go
— Direct access to how Jess thinks through a case or a career decision
— No group, no shared curriculum, no waiting for the right week
— The work applies to your patients and your career. Now.
You already have something specific to work through. You just need the right person in the room.
This is not for everyone. It is for the clinician who comes in with something real to work on.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Not a general question. A real situation in front of a real athlete that is not moving the way it should.
You have a case or clinical problem you cannot resolve on your own
01
YOU ARE PROFESSIONALLY ISOLATED AND THE SUPPORT YOU NEEDED NEVER SHOWED UP
02
The support you were supposed to have never showed up. Whether that is by circumstance, by choice, or because the people around you stopped challenging you; the longer you go without it the harder it gets to ask for it.
Not validation. Not agreement. Someone who will ask the question you have not asked yourself yet clinically or professionally.
You want someone to stress test your thinking

MEET YOUR MENTOR
MY mentor saved my career. Showed me there was a higher level of treating and thinking I did not know existed

EXOS · Fellowship trained · 100+ clinicians mentored
Early in my career I was working inside a clinic with no real guidance. Good technically, going through the motions professionally, and completely unaware of what the profession could actually demand of me. One mentor changed that. He was direct, he was honest, and he did not let me stay comfortable where I was.
That relationship is the reason Rehab Code exists. And it is the standard I hold every 1:1 session to. Not information delivery. Not validation. A real conversation between two people where one of them is willing to tell the truth.
I have been fellowship trained, worked through EXOS, held executive medical positions at two NBA organizations, and completed a PhD. Every one of those experiences shaped how I think and what I can bring to a session. But the most important thing I can offer is the same thing my mentor gave me an honest read from someone who has actually been there.
Three ways in. One standard.
Pick the format that matches where you are. Every session runs the same way:

Most clinicians never find a mentor who has seen every layer of this profession and is willing to be honest about all of it.
IN YOUR CORNER - 6 MONTHS
Getting an honest read on this profession is harder than it should be. What pro sport actually demands. Whether a fellowship or a PhD makes sense for where you are trying to go. The cases nobody prepared you for. The career moves that look right on paper and aren’t. This is for the clinician who wants direct access to someone who has held top medical positions at two NBA organizations, completed a fellowship and EXOS, and earned a PhD, and who is not going to tell you what you want to hear.
WHAT CHANGES
You leave with clarity of thinking. The unnecessary complexity is stripped away. A redefined understanding of how you structure the rehab process is built around what actually matters.
Enneagram assessment and debrief
The test tells you your type. Jess tells you what it means for how you practice, where your career is likely to stall, and what is worth changing.
Most people take the Enneagram and walk away with a label. After more than a decade of using it in pro sport leadership and clinical mentorship, Jess uses it differently. Every type is built around a core weakness and a set of behaviors designed to keep it hidden. Understanding yours changes how you practice, how you lead, and how honest you can be about what is actually holding you back.
